With a first tasting of 3 red grape varieties from Bordeaux we will approach in a fun and entertaining way the fundamental notions of wine as terroir, grape varieties, AOC… and the different stages of vinification.
We will continue on the art of sommellerie from service to tasting, enjoying two great red wines from 2 emblematic vineyards of Bordeaux.
We will proceed with the joys of food and wine pairings, the ideal "aperitif" just before lunch time - typical local products accompanied by a glass of white wine. And the opportunity to finally ask all the questions that bother you!
