Summary Description

Start your tour with a pickup from your Asheville hotel before heading to Blue Ridge Parkway. This parkway follows some of the oldest mountains in the world, the Appalachian Mountain range, known for its scenic beauty.

Stop at Pisgah National Forest to view the first of three waterfalls while listening to a guide tell stories from the area.

Next, head to a state forest to visit the last two waterfalls before heading out on an easy to moderate hike through some of the oak and hickory forests. This hike is approximately 3.5 miles (5.6 km) and comfortable shoes or hiking boots are recommended. Enjoy the falls while nibbling on light refreshments provided by the tour.

At the end of the tour, you are dropped back to your Asheville hotel.
