- We meet our customers at a range of convenient pickup locations across Sydney between 7 to 7.30am. During the booking process, please select your preferred pickup location at checkout, or alternatively, send us a message via your booking platform to confirm your choice. Our meeting points include major hotels such as PARKROYAL Darling Harbour (150 Day St), Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park (161 Elizabeth St), Four Seasons Hotel Sydney (199 George St), Mercure Sydney (820 George St), and Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay (30 Pitt St).
- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travelers.
- No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
- Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except road closures by government which hinder access to Blue Mountains/attractions. Cancellations and date changes are permitted as per Viator guidelines.
- The ferry from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes around 40–45 minutes. Ferry fares are not included. Guests must pay for their own ticket and arrange transport from the terminal to their accommodation. Please note: cash is not accepted — a valid credit or debit card is required.

Rocky is a 1-man powerhouse!
Rocky was doing it all as our tour guide! He greeted us by name and addressed everyone by name during the tour (13 people). He was driving as well as giving a presentation (with visuals) on Australian culture, botany, history, geography, food, and much more. The van was clean and comfortable and had cold water, wifi, and charging ports. He made sure to think ahead so those of us that needed accommodations had the best options. He gave us tips and tricks along the way as well as recommendations for lunch in Leura. We got to try a kangaroo burger! He made sure to give us plenty of time at our stops and made the process so easy by getting our tickets ahead of time. We loved the all inclusive pricing (minus lunch). It was so cool to see all the Australian wildlife too! If you want the best of the Blue Mountains, book with Rocky!
Blue Mountain Tour
We had a very fun trip outside Sydney. Beautiful nature, cute town, and lots of koala time. Our driver was prompt, but easy going. We covered a lot of sights, bit still felt relaxed.
