I want to file a complaint. The day before, they called me at 9:15 PM to cancel the tour because the boat was broken, and 5 minutes later they said they would reschedule us for the next day. On the day of the tour, we left late and had to return to the port to change boats; the engine wasn't working, with a 1-hour delay from the scheduled time. The itinerary and the time for each stop were changed. It does not seem like correct service to me, and I am claiming it from you, as you are the ones I contracted with. I hope the appropriate amount is refunded since it was not what was offered at first. In the group, there were people who had been canceled on days before for the same reason. Not a reliable provider. Best regards.
Great tour
Great tour enpught time to do everything reasonably. Our skipper was great and informative very helpful even when driving back through a storm. Had a little mix up with drop off could of had the information sooner. But overall fantastic day out trip highly recommend

When you're...
When you are buying a tour, you choose it for what it has to offer. The tour began with a stop not described on the itinerary to supply. All this lasted 45 minutes that I believed at least would be compensated, but not. Stiniva Cove Island was simply removed from the schedule because we were out of time. The reason I chose this tour was especially because of this island which in the description was "Use the time to swim". As if this 30-minute stop was not enough to take off the route, on the beach of Hvar we stayed only 1h30, instead of two hours as described in the itinerary. It turns out that there was no time for anything; we couldn't even have a decent meal on the island. The tour managers were more concerned about coming back to Split at 5:30 a.m. than offering a decent break for each person who paid for the package. We arrived at 17:31 at the port. An additional detail is that the bottle of mineral water was also not included in our boat. A disappointment. I do not recommend this tour.
Worst Organized tour company
Scam company! They dont make proper arrangements, not enough life jackets , no snorkeling gear and water even though its mentioned that it supposed to be included. They even ade us change 3 boats during the tour so no space in each boat. Finally was put into a boat with noisy kids. The blue cave and Hvar are must visits but avoid this company and grey Line tours ..
