The first stop is at the cheese haven of Fairview for a farmer's tasting of their wine with local produce and then head to Stellenbosch to pair the sweet port-style wines with artisanal chocolate at the heritage-rich Muratie wine farm.

Venture onwards to Franschhoek and continue to wander the region's Winelands by rail with a unique way to explore this valley on a scenic one-way Wine Tram journey to taste and blending fine wines at Rickety Bridge wine estate. Create your perfect red or white blend in an interactive wine blending session before returning to Cape Town by late afternoon; your individually blended bottle of wine in hand.
