About operator:

The Black Heritage Tour in Amsterdam makes the hidden histories visible of the African Diaspora and colonial history from the 17th century. The tour is for everyone who is interested in learning more about these untold stories. We travel throughout the city canals on-board a classic canal boat or as a walking tour as we explore the history visible in the national landmarks, architecture, canal houses and in museums. We offer weekly tours: Fridays at 2:00pm is a walking only tour; Saturdays at 12:00pm is a boat tour; and on Sundays is a boat tour that includes a visit to a museum. We also offer private group tours any day of the week.
