Black Canyon Kayak at Hoover Dam Day Trip from Las Vegas

Start your tour with early morning pickup from select Las Vegas hotels in an air-conditioned vehicle for a short drive to Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

Meet your guide and head to the kayak launching point on the riverbank below Hoover Dam. After a short safety briefing, hop in your kayak and paddle downstream along the Black Canyon section of the Colorado River.

Stop at Sauna Cave, where you can choose between two short guided hikes or opt to wait for your group on the riverbank. The easy trails lead to hot springs where you can swim. Kayak for several more miles, and then stop for lunch on a secluded riverside beach.

After a final stop at Emerald Cave, finish your paddling trip on the Arizona side of the river at Willow Beach. Your tour ends with hotel drop-off in Las Vegas.

If we do, we will reschedule, issue a credit or refund payments depending on individual circumstances. We do not cancel for heat, rain, or normal wind conditions.
