What is Bioluminescence? It is the production and emission of light by a living organism. This occurs through a chemical reaction that produces light energy within the organism's body. There are two organisms that produce light, Plankton and Comb Jelly Fish, both will be seen on your tour. This is the most popular tour of the year because these organisms only live in a few places in the world and it is here in Merritt Island!
