<b>Know before you book :</b>
<li>Recreational Bike: Minimum 8 years old. Minimum height: 3'8''+/112cm+).</li>
<li>Electric Recreational Bike: Minimum 14 years old with 6D moped license or class 5 license required. Minimum height: 4’8” / 142 cm.</li>
<li>Fatbikes: Minimum 8 years old. Minimum height: 4’11” / 150cm.</li>
<li>E-Fatbikes: Minimum 14 years old with 6D moped license or class 5 license required. Minimum height: 4’8” / 142 cm.</li>
<li>18 years old and more don’t need a permit.</li>
<li>Maximum 220 lbs / 100 kg per bike.</li>
<li>Pregnant woman cannot participate.</li>
<li>A piece of ID per group will be required for the rental.</li>
<li>A security deposit of $250 per regular bike and $500 per electric bike (max $1000 for groups) will be required. The deposit must be made on a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) or with cash.</li></p>

<li>Bikes must be brought back by maximum 4h30 pm.</li>
<li>Wearing a helmet and closed toe shoes (summer) or boots (winter) is mandatory. Please use the padlock provided if necessary.</li>
<li>We suggest to bring a backpack and a lunch if needed. Summer: sunscreen, water, mosquito repellent.</li></p>

<li>Our base is 15 minutes from Tremblant resort. We are situated less than a 2-hour drive from Montreal and Ottawa.</li>
<li>Duration: Approximately 4-6 hours.</li>
<li>You can also have lunch at our Treetop Walk, restaurant on site.</li>
<li>Possibility to rent lunch bag and travel suitcase on site.</li>
<li>For guests who choose to reserve in advance (recommended), directions to meeting points will be provided in your reservation by email. Otherwise, directions will be handed to you when you reserve at The Activity Centre.</li>

Cancellation Policy

<b>CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES</b>
Requests for Changes or Cancellations to an existing reservation that are time sensitive, must be made verbally to a member of The Tremblant Activity Centre staff during working hours.
1. Cancellations or changes to all reservations within 48 hours of the start date/time are non-refundable (unless otherwise specified) (14 days for camping, cabins, treehouses). No shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations or changes to all reservations made prior to 48 hours from the start date/time are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount (unless otherwise specified) (not applicable for our camping, cabins, treehouses).
3. We reserve the right to cancel an activity without notice(even though we will always try to let you know as soon as we cancel). This would normally be for, but is not limited to, safety and security reasons, climatic conditions, or equipment failure. In such cases an alternative date or full refund will be provided at your option.
Gift Certificates
Gift-certificates and gift cards are non refundable. Our gift certificates for a specific dollar amount never expire. Our gift certificates for a specific activity are valid only for a period of 3 months since activity prices change from season to season. After three months, certificates for a specific activity are redeemable for the original amount paid, and a surplus may need to so that it matches the latest price.
