Bali as it loves and lives today. Very warm people. Good restaurants and a lot to see. Swing is fantastic.
Ubud-Tour
We had a great day with our driver and guide Dodik!! He told us a lot about Ubud and Bali, the balinese culture and answered any other questions we had. He was also very helpful with recommending a very good restaurant for lunch, which we really enjoyed! We had a great day with Dodik, thank you very much!
Must do tour in Bali!
Excellent way to see many sites. So much packed into one day. Be prepared for walking and some stairs. We were fascinated with the sites, culture and overall experience. From the wood craft, monkey forest, shopping at the market, visiting the temple, viewing the rice fields, a spectacular lunch and the waterfall. Every stop along the way was filled with interesting things to see and learn. Wear very comfortable clothes and shoes as you are moving about a lot. Our guide, Aron was a wealth of knowledge and experience. He expertly guided us through each stop, catering to our questions and needs. Highly recommend doing this while you are in Bali!
Sensory journey of rice terraces, sacred forests and vibrant artisan villages
This is a brilliant way of exploring Ubud, customising it as you go. Our guide, Wayan Suyasa, was excellent. He was very helpful and informative, acting as a cultural bridge, sharing the hidden meanings behind Balinese rituals, temple architecture and traditions. I would highly recommend it as a way of getting to know the area and booking it privately gives the additional advantage of flexibility. Make sure that you have some Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with you.
Perfect trip with Wahko
Highly recommended excursion. Our guide/driver, Wahko, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He recommended even better options than the ones we had planned. We visited Tegalalang Terraces, Gunung Kawi (a temple similar to Pura Tirta Empul, suggested by Wahko, which was a fantastic experience), Luwak Coffee, Kanto Lampo Waterfall, and finally Goa Gajah, on a 10-hour excursion that I would definitely repeat.
