Your sightseeing adventure begins with pick up directly from your hotel in downtown Halifax before heading out toward Peggy’s Cove.
Along the way, your guide will share fun facts and tips about the area on the way to the picturesque fishing village of Peggy’s Cove, located just under an hour from Halifax. Once you arrive at Peggy’s Cove, you’ll have the opportunity to take a picture with the most photographed lighthouse in Canada - the iconic Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse (also known as Peggy’s Point Lighthouse). You’ll also have free time to explore the area. The tiny fishing village of Peggy’s Cove offers some small shops you can check out or you can grab a seat on one of the benches and enjoy the stunning ocean views.
After your visit to Peggy’s Cove, your guide will bring you back to Halifax to visit historic Citadel Hill. While here you will learn about the military history of the hill and see the Highlander re-enactment interpreters dressed in traditional uniforms from the 1800s.
Following your visit to Citadel Hill, your guide will take you on a narrated driving tour of downtown Halifax where you will pass by some of the city’s most notable points of interest including: the Titanic cemetery (Fairview Lawn Cemetery), City Gardens, Pier 21, Halifax Farmers Market and Point Pleasant Park.
At the end of your Halifax tour, your guide will drop you back off at your hotel.

Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to departure time. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours to departure time, a $50 cancellation fee per guest will apply.
