Belgrade Bohemian Night

Summary

Skadarlija is the synonym for Bohemian lifestyle and pastime. This is an old paved street, about 400 meters long, surrounded by beautiful facades and cafes that haven’t changed its image for 150 years. Skadarlija is the city's meeting place for artists, poets and gourmets. You will pass by the house of the famous Serbian poet and painter Đura Jakšić, the house nowadays hosts concerts and literary meetings. On this tour, you will visit one of the most popular tavern or so-called "kafana" on the street, offering traditional Serbian cuisine, home-made wine, rakija (local fruit brandy) and beer. A three-course dinner will be accompanied by traditional live music and you will get one welcome drink - perhaps one of the local rakijas - and later you will have a chance to choose beer and wine from a large selection. We will wish you Bon Appetit or, how we say it - "Prijatno!"
