Depart from your Belgrade hotel and head to New Belgrade, on the bank of the Sava River. With your guide, view the interesting architecture of the buildings, including Ex-Central Committee of the Communist Party, the Palace of Federation, Genex Tower, and Sava Center.
Stop in Zemun and spot the local sights, including Avijaticarski Trg, the Town’s Museum, and the House with a Sundial. Take a walking tour through old Zemun by the banks of the Danube River and admire the landmarks in this neighborhood. Stroll on to Dedinje and visit the Museum of Yugoslav History and House of Flowers.
Depart from the city by air-conditioned minivan or car and head to Avala. See the Monument to the Unknown Hero, the largest monument in Serbia. Afterwards, pause for a traditional Serbian lunch. Snap photos at The Church of St. Sava and explore the many sights in the area.
