- The tour is conducted in English; please inform the operator if you require a different language.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult; please inform the operator in advance if you have children in your party.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- Private Tour. All customers with reservation must be ready in 5min prior to the tour start.
- The Eco Tuk Tuk has a transparent cover. It can be closed in case of cold weather or rain.
- A maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg.
- Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis.
- A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
- Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
- Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).
- Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.

Take the tour!!
This is a must do tour to see all the sights with the knowledge of a local. We chose to go to Belém and our guide, Manuel, was fantastic. From prompt clear directions for pickup to the rich history route he took to get to Belém, followed by stops we would’ve had no idea to check out on our own. He also had a few tricks up his sleeve to get a back door entrance to the original pastel de Belém tart bakery and we got a glass front view of the ladies making the tarts followed by a delicious sample. Cannot recommend this tour enough, and to top it off he took a different sight seeing way home and dropped us wherever we wanted! Thanks again Manny!
