Avoid at all cost! Don’t waste your time or money!
This has been the absolute worst experience! Angelica provided me with a ticket for the wrong time at Sagrada Família, which resulted in me being unable to enter the church! She’s not reachable nor the tour operator. I was placed on hold forever and have no recourse. Completely unprofessional and lackadaisical attitude. I leave tomorrow and will not be able to go with a different company.
Great overview of Barcelona
This was an exceptionally good experience for those in our party who had never been to Barcelona. We saw a lot of highlights at a nice pace. Our guide, Andreas, was fantastic. We especially loved the walking tour through the old town and the Sagrada Familia. The tour was very well organized and our guide was extremely accommodating to his guests. We really loved this tour!
Good tour for short stay
Went on this tour Oct 2 as rain moved into the area. The first walking section went well and Rocco is very knowledgeable of his history of the gothic quarter. Second part was to the Park Guell by bus, merging with another group. It was pouring rain and they wouldn’t let us skip this part and made us get off the bus. Had to barter for an umbrella and was led to a cafe instead as we didn’t want to go into the park. The last section is to a restaurant of our tour guides choice only to find out our que for the Sagrada was for 4:15. A long day, but a good tour to see most sights in a short period. They could have handle the weather/bus situation better at the park.
