- Please note: the itinerary is subject to change due to events being celebrated in the city (demonstrations, sport and cultural events, official acts, etc.) or force majeure reasons
- You can only redeem your voucher on board the bus. The bus staff will give you your catamaran ticket, which is located nearby Columbus.
- In case of Catamaran cruise cancellation due to meteorological causes, an alternative day will be offered to the client, if this is not possible, a partial amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- Please note that the catamaran schedules are informative and subject to availability.
- Audio system adapted for people with auditory disabilities (multilingual looping system). Through this system, passengers will be able to listen to audio through your headphones without the need for wires. Seats that have this system are signaled and passengers who need the system to hear the audio will have priority.
- Remember that pets are only allowed if they are transported in a basket suitably prepared.

City tour busses conductors dont give a damn
Terrible after 3 busses we could only get terrible seat positions facing oposite direction and right at the bottom back deck. A competitor bus tour 4 busses passed with plenty of seats. When asking the conductor just said there is a lot of people at al the stops. This is high season so why are there not more busses at peak times.. seemed the conductor could not give a damn. Looks very much like they want to run with no empty seats and at 22 euros a day it not value for money my advise go metro its cheaper and more reliable and easy to use. Also extremely hot no air con reached us sitting next to the engine
Waste of time
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Waited at one of the bus stops for over an hour, no sign of any bus. Contacted the company and they ignored me. I have since requested a refund as (obviously) the service was not used, and the money grabbers said no. I don’t know why they didn’t show but if there was a reason for it, they should have contacted people who they knew booked the service for that day. I ended up having to spend a fortune on Ubers as my time was very limited. I had 6 hours to site see and they robbed me of over 1 of them!!!!

Make sure to grab headphones and keep your paper receipt so you can get back on. Very enjoyable. Barcelona is very interesting
Do Not Use This Company!
Beware! This operator allowed us to book the bus and catamaran tour but then in fine print, the catamaran was not available on that day per their website. I messaged them twice and called them but they never responded or answered. I requested a refund from Viator and it was refused. They claimed the catamaran was available (despite their website stating it wasn’t), but by the time they informed us of the times, it was too late in our day. I highly recommend you just book directly with the bus and catamaran companies and NOT use anyone on Viator.

Sometimes the audio doesn’t coincide with the right place but other than that it’s very informative and the placed we saw were really a work of art and full of love from the artists!
