- All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
- For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
- For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
- Please be reminded that all travelers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before arriving via this link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th/ If you forget, our guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area.
- Short-Notice Booking Policy: Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to final airport capacity. If high demand prevents us from securing your slot, your booking will be cancelled and refunded in full.

It was so fast getting...
It was so fast getting through the immigration and to my transportation. I didn’t have to worry about getting lost in the airport after traveling for over 24 hours and being too exhausted to think. I just followed gentleman that met me at the gate. I highly recommend this. I’ve never seen this service offered another countries. My next travels I’m going to research if it’s available.

I can't say enough good things about this company and their above and beyond service. I used them in November, after traveling 24hrs, and being exhausted. They made arrival soo easy fast and convenient. I did not have use much of my brain that was struggling to stay awake. I booked them again for my aunt and made their life soo easy, they were very happy with the service and kindness, both the staff that gets at your gate and their driver. Also they are excellent at communicating im sure i annoyed them with many messages, but they were always quick to respond and very patient and kind...Please book this service🙏 it is 10000% worth it. Money we'll spent would use every time.
First time experience
Was good experience. Was able to get through customs in less than 5 minutes. But may be because of late evening arrival and came during rainy season. Agent was very helpful. The delay came from in waiting for luggage. Which is not Viator issue.
Excellent experience
I was met at the gate and accompanied to immigration fast track, she then accompanied me to the baggage area and then out to my transport. She was very polite and was very helpful. A very welcome experience and a great start to my visit to Thailand. I will definitely book again for future visits.
