Surcharges: Out of service areas in Bali : US$15 per vehicle/area Night Service (pick ups between 12:00am-6:00am): US$15 Overtime Fee: US$5 per hour (car mpv) and US$8 per hour (van). All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver.
