Know Before You Book
- Wheelchair accessible and family-friendly attraction.
- Tickets are required for all visitors above age 3; children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Non-flash photography and video recording for personal, non-commercial use are permitted. Kindly avoid capturing images or videos of other visitors for privacy reasons.
- On Friday and Saturday the Timings of attraction are 10 am to 12 am
- Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport or Emirates ID when visiting AYA Universe.
- Guests with a “People of Determination” card issued in the UAE are eligible for complimentary entry along with one accompanying guest.
- In case we are unable to process your tickets, an automatic refund will be initiated after deducting a non-refundable fee as applicable.
- Time slots are subject to availability. If your selected slot is unavailable, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the nearest available slot within a 30–45 minute window, either before or after your chosen time.
