It wasn't just about cooking—our experience started with selecting fresh ingredients at a local market. Cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes using authentic local ingredients was truly a valuable experience. Beyond learning recipes, we had wonderful conversations with our instructor about daily life and local culture. We even got to pick out our favorite fruits at the market to enjoy after the meal! With hotel pick-up and drop-off included, the entire tour was exceptionally well-organized from start to finish. Huge respect and heartfelt thanks to our instructor, Collin!
