Authentic cuisine experience

This tour will focus on learning how to cook the authentic foods we have in Uganda ,we will be learning how to make Kachumbali which is a salad made the Ugandan style,you will learn how to prepare Matooke the central Uganda staple food ,learn how to make ground nuts sauce,learn how to make steamed meat sauce,how to make vegetables the Ugandan way,so basically it is the day for Ugandan cuisine cooking classes .we will also taste what we have cooked so make sure you have enough room in your stomach .make sure on this day you dress in light clothing ,please carry a white apron and a chef cap,shoes have to be covering your feet ,shoes must have a rubber soul to hold the ground to avoid any accidents,hygiene is very important so please make sure you shower before we start our activity ,please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies so that we don't make you prepare that specific kind of food ,this activity will take a whole day so their will not be anything else to do .lastly ,we will be preparing the most Baganda authentic sauces in a banana leaf called LUWOMBO .THIS LEAF IS GOT FROM A BANANA STEM ,PUT ON FIRE , LIGHT HEATED TILL IT CHANGES COLOR.YOU WILL FIND THIS FUN.

It has an authentic feel and it is full of fun and laughter , it is breathtaking and memorable , one that you will never find any where else . It is a very educative package on how to look at the world in a different way . Teaches people how to be creative in their cooking .it is doesn't segregate gender both men and women can attend and participate in this activity.

Kampala is a modern city and most hotels, restaurants, malls and other public buildings are accessible to disabled people. Service dogs with proper documentation are allowed in most public buildings. The city has the limitations of any big city when moving down sidewalks and through markets, etc. The parks and their attractions are also widely accessible by the handicapped and elderly. Even visiting the gorillas is available to people with physical impairments, but at additional cost.
If the pregnant lady is healthy and fit she can make it for this package .we have people who can carry clients with health conditions at an extra cost .
