Good to know
- The entry tickets are booked in advance. The entry to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is guaranteed. We do not cancel the bookings!
- Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed to carry on the Museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 cm. You can always leave your belongings inside the bus which will be parked nearby.
- Please note that admission tickets to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum are personalized. Each participant is required to provide their full name as it appears on their official ID during the booking process. Any errors in names or failure to provide this information at least 24 hours before the tour may result in denied entry to the museum.
- Please note that to reach the first level of the mine (64 meters underground), You have to descent a wooden stairway which has 378 stairs. There are around 800 steps on the whole route in the Salt mine. After the tour, You will be taken up to the surface with a lift.
- Temperature in the Salt Mine is approximately 14 degrees C (57 degrees F), please wear warm clothes and comfortable shoes.
- Student and child tickets available.
- Please note that this tour is not available on: 25th of December, 1st of January, Easter Sunday and March of the Living Day.
- If you are travelling with other passengers but have made separate bookings, please inform us in your booking and provide the full name of the lead passenger so we can try to assign you to the same group. Please note that we cannot guarantee that passengers with separate bookings will travel together.
- The Museum is not recommended for visitors under the age of 14. The final decision depends on parents or legal guardians.

Interesting day but sad and thought provoking.
Unfortunately the pick up time was changed at the last minute to 5.24am! So a very early start but worth it in the end. Driver was very good and informative. The guide was knowledgeable and sensitive. A lot of walking but really worth it.
I am left without doing the excursion due to an excessive advance in the pickup time, poorly managed
Very bad, the day before we were notified by SMS from a USA mobile number that looks like spam that the activity pickup is moved up from 7:00 AM to 5:50 AM. I don't see how the apparent spam is what reports this substantial change in the contracted activity. When I am at the agreed time at the place indicated on the sheet that confirms the activity, there is no one there; I call by phone and they tell me that since they have already notified me, they can no longer do anything. They offer me to go the next day by paying again. I came to Krakow for this excursion; they have ruined my trip.
A must see for all
The visit is a must! It is something that should never happen again and the tour points this out very clearly. As my daughter expressed, it is "haunting".

We had an amazing day trip. Our driver Christian was punctual, very friendly, and made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything from arranging pickup the day before was hassle free. The vehicle was clean and spacious, and we loved the flexible pacing that let us explore without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a seamless and stress-free trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau and the salt mines.

This was a wonderful full day tour. Exhausting but in a good way. Saw so much and learned much more. Would highly recommend!! Christian, our driver, and Sophia and Ivonne, our guides, were fantastic.
