Before you book

Regarding Terms of Use at the Auschwitz & Birkenau Museum, it is mandatory to provide the full names of all participants of the tour. Please ensure to put all participants' names in the booking. If the name provided on your booking does not match the name on the identification document you present at the entrance, you may be refused entry
All visitors must pass through airport-style security.
The hours you book are tentative and may change. Inform the tour operator in case of any time limits no later than 72h prior to the tour.
The pace and duration of tours at the memorial are determined solely by the museum's visitor service

Before you go

A voucher is not an entry ticket to the museum, it allows you to use the service of the tour operator. You will be pleased to show your voucher at the starting point on the day of the tour.
You will be informed about the exact pickup time on the day before the tour after 5 pm.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity starts.
Tickets for children (3-11) include entrance ticket without the receivers and headphones in Auschwitz. If you want your child to visit with a headset please contact the local supplier at least 24h before the tour to check the availability of the headset.
