- Transportation not include. Guests are advised to book their own transportation to reach Atlantis Aquaventure
- Large seating zone for families with children (Children under 1.2meters tall are only able to use the Splashers Island) on a first come, first serve basis
- Unlimited access to our heart-thumping wave machine “Surf’s Up” where you could master your surfing skills
- Children over 1.2 meters tall or above 7 years old must purchase an Adult ticket
- A copy of the voucher must be printed and presented at the Ticketing Plaza
- Children must be accompanied by an Adult
- Kindly note taking food and beverages into Aquaventure is strictly prohibited. You will be asked to dispose of any food and beverages that you are carrying upon entry to the park. If any of your party has special dietary requirements please bring these to our attention at the time of booking
- Appropriate swimwear is required when using the facilities within Aquaventure and the beach – thongs, transparent bathing suites, underwear, denims, very loose clothing such as abaya, dishdash or similar are not permitted in the water. Head scarves, only if properly secured without any loosely flowing material
- Aquaventure Waterpark Operation Hours is from 9:30 AM until Sunset - This ticket may be redeemed within the operational hours and without start time of visit.

Annual pass
We have an annual pass and every time we come we enjoyed like a first time And Harsha ana Patrick helped us too much and they are so kind and nice with guide us and understanding our concerns Thank you for being part of making such a beautiful memory with our children. ❤️
Too many tech issues, rides shut, wristband waste of time
All seemed very good to start. Given a wristband and into the water park. Went to secure sunbeds, lots available spread across the area then to the lockers. No attendants and not easy to understand . Finally got a locker and paid via my phone and wristband. Went on a couple of rides. Queued for ages for aquaconda. Finally sat in ring, technical issues, no idea how long, gave up after 15 minutes. Later happened again. Ride opened then broke down again whilst we were queuing. Went to the river rapids and that was closed due to someone being sick in it. Then bought some drinks, opened them, told to pay, offered my wristband and said it didn’t have credit card details on it so had to go back to the lockers, get cr dit card, back to pay. I had paid for my locker using the card and wristband. So confusing. Not enough help or signage. Waste of money. Do not go

This water park is very good the best time to visit is 10am to 12pm or 5pm to 6 pm because it is less busy and some of the rides are so scary the most scariest is leap of faith I suggest to not go on that ride and you have to do lots of walking the best ride is the zoomarang ride it is so fun to know if it is for young kids check the size of the ride check like this age of the kids and then you’ll see if it is a kid ride

This park is confusing and very poorly designed. It's very confusing to understand where the rides are & how to get around. Hard to figure out where to get on and off the different slides. You leave your shoes at the ride entrance and then end up at the other side of the park having to navigate back to find your shoes, and dealing with the extremely hot walkways. We only stayed an hour, wouldn't go again. The lost world aquarium was cool, don't know if it's worth the admission. But was good for an hours enjoyment.
Atlantis waterpark
We had an amazing time. Day pass with aquarium was great. We also booked premium seating which came with a phone/wallet locker and 2 beds, umbrella and towels. The 2 gentleman working there were lovely. Hakum and Kariem where great. Also welcoming and willing to give advice. They are an asset. We will definitely be back
