Enrol in a fabric painting class and create your own unique Greek-inspired clutch/pouch. In this hands-on workshop, you will have the opportunity to apply your artistic skills on fabric and learn the best techniques for gorgeous fabric works of art.
First, you will explore the Greek folk art and in particular Embroidery, and you will choose among different patterns inspired by the local Greek culture. Next, we will provide you with a piece of fabric where you will paint your favorite design. Our instructor will explain the techniques, while giving you the necessary guidelines in order to create your own work of art using acrylic and other materials. Once you have finished painting, you will learn how to assemble all the parts so that you make the final piece, a wonderful ready-to-use clutch/pouch.
At the end of this activity you will have learned interesting facts about Greek art, you will have exercised your skills and talent on painting and most importantly you will have created your own one-of-a-kind pouch that you can use during your holidays in Greece!
