Customer Service (lack of)
Check your date. I was flying on the 12th but didn’t get there until the 13th. By the time I realized this it was actually 12 hours before the erroneous scheduled pickup. They gave no refund or offered anything for this simple mistake even though there was plenty of time to reschedule the driver. And to add insult to injury, didn’t even allow me to schedule on the 13th. So I went with Airports Taxi who did just fine and was less cost. Viator needs to think about their customer service and meet people half way when errors happen. I’m guessing this type of mistake happens a lot and they make money because of it.

It was easy to find our driver coming out of baggage claim and he delivered us promptly to the cruise port. Vehicle was clean and roomy!
