Summary
Set off for the Athabasca River from the train station in central Jasper or arrange for pick up from your hotel. An afternoon of relaxing on the river is in store as you and your family sit back and let your guide do the rowing.
Learn about the human and natural history of Jasper National Park from your guide, and stay on the lookout for wildlife in their native habitat. Plastic ponchos are provided as some splashes are expected but for the most part, this is a very gentle ride that’s enjoyable for all but the very youngest babies.
At the end of the trip, you have the option to buy pictures from the professional tour photographer as you return to your point of departure in Jasper.
