Huge rip off!
Huge Rip off! Our trip was cancelled 15 minutes prior to departure - we had prepared for our boat ride and traveled to the departure location and been waiting to check in at the designated time - for some more than 30 minutes. In addition to this being outrageous, we were unable to secure a refund ($198) via phone (AI contact) text (AI contact). We drove to the main local location on Dorchester to secure a refund - to no avail. The staff was extremely hostile and belligerent. Their reasoning was that it was ok to treat us like this because it was off season now. This kind of treatment is not acceptable for anyone to endure. We are senior citizens, one of our party is 82 and handicapped. This boat trip was intended to be a meaningful part of our vacation. Sea Rocket - you and your staff should be ashamed of yourselves for attempting to steal money from us (and others - we heard near the pick up spot that there was a similar situation last week).
Very fun activity to do,...
Very fun activity to do, our captain let us get off and go get close to the horses- bay was very busy and we didn’t see dolphins but we went in a harbor looking for them. I would recommend this activity our 3 year old loved it!
Great time
Was very informative. Loved seeing the horses. Our guide was very friendly answered all our questions and learned a lot about the crab and fishing boats.
Perfect adventure at a perfect price
Our guide Owen was an amazing guide. When we spotted Dolphins he stopped allowing the Dolphins to play with the boat and passengers. When we got to Assautegue he put the boat very close to the horses and we took so many pictures. He was A+
Perfect for a family!
This was more than I hoped. Brett was our guide and he knew so many facts about the area and wild horses. He got us up close to dolphins, and had quite the eye for seeing them and knowing where to stop and pointing our blind eyes in the right directions. Highly recommend for a family vs the larger boats. So peaceful and even our 3 year old had fun!
