Meet for your tour guide in Asakusa and set off for your tasting tour. Numbers are limited to 10 people, ensuring you'll spend an intimate day with a small group of like-minded food lovers.
Your guide has picked out about several stops for the day where you can try some of the most popular Japanese food. During the tour, try Japanese plums, pickles, rice crackers, tea, ice cream, and melon bread. Your food tastings might change slightly depending on what food is in season at the time.
As you journey through the Asakusa District of Tokyo, your guide tells your stories of the area's history, as well as why some food is more well-liked in Japan than others. Enjoy a traditional Japanese lunch, with cuisine from southern Japan, before your tour ends with a taste of matcha tea (or ice cream). Your guide drops you and your group off at a central location and the rest of the day's activities are up to you.
Please note: A minimum of two people per booking is required.
