Peter was an excellent tour guide! I’ve done the tour couple times and it’s like each time I go, it’s get better.
Amazing, engaging, knowledgeable
It was an amazing experience from the entrance to the exit, the complimentary drink, the food was amazing, our tour guide Peter was very engaging and awesome. We took amazing pictures, overall it was a 10/10 experience, I would recommend.

The Best Service ever
I loved everything at first i thought the wait for the tour to begin was lengthy but Our Bartender Andra was so welcoming and his service was chefs kiss then out Tour Guide Shamoy she broke the ice smoothly and led us to an unforgettable experience. They deserve a Raise. Then Levaughn was so patient with us when doing the cane extraction. Then Alesha the Medic and the Cleaning staff was so caring and understanding they made us feel so special not like we were annoying them even when I felt like I Did. The entrance to the building security was very welcoming and informative. And we were the last tour and they were just about closed and they stayed with us and helped us out when one of our friends had a little too much. I felt like everything you should feel when you go to a place like this. These staff were amazing they all deserve a raise and they will be seeing us again.
