Not the best
The pirate ship trip was okay, but unfortunately it wasn’t as good as we had hoped. Firstly, the transfer took over an hour, which was ridiculous and really ate into the day. Once we arrived, the staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, which did take away from the overall experience. We were also disappointed with the drinks. Although the trip advertised unlimited soft drinks, the only options available were Fanta Orange and Coke. We weren’t even allowed to have a lemonade, which seemed very strange when it was advertised as unlimited soft drinks. The cups provided were also tiny, meaning you were constantly having to go back for another drink. If you wanted to buy anything extra, the prices were extremely expensive — I paid £13 for just two beers, which I felt was excessive. The trip itself was only £17, so I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I do think the service and organisation could have been better. Overall, it was an okay day, but there were quite a few things that could have been improved.
Communication was not...
Communication was not good for pick up times & confusing. Crew spent more time tring to sell you something instead of enetertaing you you . Food was ok & free drinks were ok but the price for abeer was expensive.
Great tour! Waterfalls are gorgeous
Lots of fun. Bottom deck is the most chill, up top is more party/loud. I paid extra to go in the dinghy right up under the waterfalls and there was a super loud British family with a crying kid along, after we got back the tour guide made extra effort to have me go a second time without the loud family for the proper experience. I appreciated that.
Grand Freedom
It was a wonderful day. The ship stopped several times for the passengers to get off and swim. Non stop water and soft drinks on tap. Bring cash if you want to buy other snacks. Lunch was served whilst we stopped at the falls. You can even get a dinghy to view the waterfalls closer at an extra 10€ each. I recommend this to others.
Not good not bad
The boat is good and clean . Stops many times to swim in the sea . Lunch was spaghetti salad and chicken. Suddenly it stops working in the middle of the sea before foam party and we wait another boat to push us to the land
