Annapurna Base Camp Trek, also known as Annapurna Sanctuary, is one of the most beautiful treks in Nepal. The combination of breathtaking mountain scenery and an easy walk will make it a travelers paradise. This trek will take you to the base of 10th highest mountain in the world, Annapurna I. Annapurna Base Camp at 4130M is surrounded by the incredible snowy peaks of Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Mt. Annapurna South (7200m), Mt. Fishtail (6993m), Mt. Hiuchuli (6440m), Tent Peak, and Barahsikhar. You will be amazed by the breathtaking beauty of the mountain ranges. The trail goes through green forests filled with rhododendron, rice paddies, beautiful waterfalls and the Hinku cave (large overhanging rock). Throughout the journey, you will experience the local lifestyle and learn about the cultures and traditions of the Gurung and Magar ethnic groups.
