Your host will give you all the information to understand the Caviar : the history, production and tasting of Caviar will no longer be a secret to you.
This moment of exchange, will be accompanied by a toast of sturgeon rillettes, a Caviar primeur Baerri and a Caviar Origin Baerri. These dishes will be sublimated by a perfect combination with a Champagne 0 dosage from Bruno Paillard.
