No refunds are admissible on cancellation or alteration of vehicle bookings. No-Show: Please note that the Park tickets are issued only for the date as mentioned thereon. These tickets cannot be used on any other date & no refunds shall be given for unused tickets. Chargeback: No chargebacks are permissible on unused tickets. - A valid Indian photo ID is mandatory to enter the park.
- One or more rides may be non-operational due to shutdown maintenance.
- Park your car/bike/bus in the designated parking area.
- Outside food/beverages are strictly NOT allowed inside the park premises.
- Entry inside the park premises under the influence of alcohol or toxicant is not allowed. The guest shall not be allowed or asked to leave the park premises if found.
- Alcoholic drinks/drugs strictly prohibited to be carried on the person inside the premises. It is an offence.
- Please do not leave valuables unattended.
- Locker & Costumes rental is available for your convenience. If you wish to buy bathing suits, we have a selection of swimwear clothes in our retail outlets near the Water Park entrance gate.
- Guests with any medical or health restrictions on their physical activity should not use slides/attractions.
- Wearing (sun)glasses and prescription lenses are not allowed when riding the slides/attractions.
- Please supervise your children and arrange a meeting place in case you should get separated.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the Water Park.
- Do not indulge in eve-teasing/passing lewd remarks in front or to ladies and in the presence of families. Security has the right to remove you from the premises.
