Good to know
- It is colder on the water, please bring warm clothing and don't get surprised by the chilly Dutch weather
- Our stewards in the bright orange shirts are there to inform and help you.
- A fairly big step has to be made into the boat. Our stewards will assist you with this.
- When a lot of rain is predicted and/or the weather is colder than expected, the boat will be covered.
- If you are unhappy with your experience, please let us know directly or come by the office at Leliegracht 50D (around the corner of the Anne Frank House).
- No bachelor / birthday party groups allowed, please call us for a private boat option.
- Tour available for free for infants (0-2 years old).

Very nice cruise
One of the highlights of my trip to Amsterdam. This cruise was great. The two staff members provided insights on Amsterdam along with some humor and fun. The unlimited drinks was nice as I had a couple of Heinekens and just relaxed. Go close to 715/730 departure like me and you may see some bridges light up. The snacks were just crackers and pretzels. Kind of expected cheese, but it was still a great deal and experience. I wanted to do it again the next night. Lol
Great way to spend a quick layover
This was a really enjoyable 75m cruise. The guides shared really great stories about the history and culture. The cruise could benefit from a microphone. While we could hear everything, I think on a noisier day or during canal-side construction, it would be hard to hear. This cruise lost one star because it did not pass all the places it said it would. We missed Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank house

Easy to find as very near Amsterdam Centraal Station. Smooth check in with e tickets. Helpful staff getting on & off boat. Our Canal Cruise had the unlimited drinks (each had 2), not every drink on their menu is covered by this. I had wine, husband had beer. Can just buy a drink if you like and not choose the “unlimited “ or, no drink at all. We were also given a snack box each, although we personally didn’t use them. Ride is only one hour. Narrator was charming, educated on area history, funny and easy to ask questions of. I highly recommend this cruise and this company. Learned so much and took lots of pictures. Group I was with were friendly as well, making for a very enjoyable cruise!
