A MUST DO!
Truth: I was unsure about spending 6 hours on a bus, but so glad we did this tour! You get to see beautiful countryside, experience local culture, and learn history and fun facts along the way. The pace of this tour was absolutely perfect, with short drives to each destination and just the right amount of time to explore. Pia was amazing. She shared great information and made the tour fun. Additionally, it is not often you know your driver's name, but I have to acknowledge Petra, who was so kind and friendly. Although she wasn't the official guide of the tour, she engaged at every stop and was such a pleasure to meet.
Amsterdam Day Trip from the City
Great way to spend a sunny day away from Amsterdam. Our guide Illya was personable well informed and quite humorous.
Good deal but beware of crowds.
Lots of walking. We had to sit upstairs on the bus and didn’t enjoy going up and down those stairs. (We were not allowed to sit downstairs) The spots were all beautiful and interesting. Sadly, some had lots of other tourist busses there but we expected that. For the cost, it’s a good deal.
Great guide
We were lucky to have Richard as our guide for the day. He was very knowledgeable, entertaining and a great story teller. We have done several tours in Amsterdam and ha was hands down the best guide we had.
Wonderful way to round out your trip!
This was a wonderful way to end our trip to Europe. We saw a lot, learned a lot of history and it was just the right amount of time. Seeing the smaller towns was really neat. Our guide Tony was great and was a wealth of info. His lunch recommendations was awesome. We had beautiful weather which was a bonus. Great value!!!
