Depart from your hotel/meeting point by car/minibus to an organic farm based in Tramonti, the country side of the Amalfi Coast. Your exceptional host for the day, together with her family, will welcome you in a rural but chic environment. First she will offer you a healthy snack made by freshly made orange juice and homemade tarallini. Your host is a great entertainer, she will invite you to follow her in the garden picking up vegetables and eggs in order to start cooking your lunch. After visiting the garden and the animals while soaking a good glass of wine, you will head to the kitchen, where you will start the cooking class. The menù is a surprise, as everyday it changes according to the vegetables available in the garden. By sure you will prepare home made pasta and many vegetables in different ways.
At lunch time, you will relax under a beautiful pergola trying the fantastic Italian food you prepared, together with a good glass of red wine. At the end of the lunch, return to the hotel/meeting point.
