On arrival, embark on a moderately strenuous hike for physically fit travelers with an appreciation for ancient Chinese history and the outdoors. It takes about an hour to hike from Xizhazi Village to Zhengbeilou Tower, where you’ll get a bird’s-eye view and panoramic photo ops from the top. Then continue with your guide for another 3 or 4 hours toward the Great Wall at Mutianyu — it's a challenging route but worth the scenic views Upon reaching Mutianyu, lunch will be provided at a local restaurant (vegetarian option available). Your tour concludes with the return transfer to Beijing and drop-off at your hotel.
