Be ready for convenient pickup at your Beijing hotel around 8 a.m., when you will meet your dedicated guide and climb into your private vehicle. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery on the 90-minute ride to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. 

Upon arrival, listen to your guide's introduction to the area and the history of the wall, then climb onto a cable car or a chair lift up to the top. Spend two hours hiking and exploring, then return by toboggan, cable car, or chair lift.

Break for an included lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Huanghuacheng Waterside Great Wall, about an hour away. This uncrowded section allows you to explore the surrounding lake and participate in some water activities (optional). Chose to climb to the top, which is challenging but rewarding, or view the wall from the lakeside.
