Alicante Highlights Bike Tour

The bike tour starts at 10AM. The meeting point is the bike rental shop, located in the old town. 

The duration of the tour is 2.30h more or less, lead by a Dutch or English speaking guide. 

First you will cycle through the old town, visiting the Santa Maria church, from where you will continue to the best spot to see ´the face of the castle´.

When you exit the old town you will explore the costal area of Alicante, heading towards the port, where the Volvo Ocean Race zone is located. From the port the guide takes you to ´la Explanda´, the famous boulevard of Alicante. The next stop will be the city hall of Alicante, and you then enter the newer part of the town, with its lovely squares and parks. 

After a few more stops the guide will lead you back to the old town to finish the tour in a typical Spanish tapas restaurant.

The highlight tour is a perfect way of discovering Alicante by bike! Your guide will show you around and tell you about the history and culture of Alicante. You will visit Santa Maria church, the beach, the Ocean Race zone, the port, the new centre and much more! 

Besides that you will learn about the best spots in the city, the guide can give you tips where to go for dinner, a cocktail, or where to find the best ice cream in town.
