Before you go

Your Alcatraz experience begins at Pier 33, where you’ll board the ferry for a scenic 15-minute cruise to Alcatraz Island.

At Alcatraz, explore at your own pace with a self-guided audio tour of the Cell House, available in six languages.

Expect to spend 2 to 3 hours on Alcatraz Island. Return ferry from Alcatraz to Pier 33 is on your schedule.

Return transportation from Pier 33 to your hotel or other SF destination is not included. The activity ends at Pier 33
Redemption information
Your Alcatraz ferry /Island part of the Combo will either lead or follow your Tuk Tuk Tour depending on your Tuk Tuk city tour departure time.
Tuk Tuk city tour part of the combo departs from Fisherman's Wharf. We do not provide transportation to or from Alcatraz.
Fisherman's Wharf pick up location: Jefferson St. and Taylor St, near Fisherman’s Wharf sign
Depending on tour time you booked your pick up is either 9:10am or 1:40pm.
Please meet us at the passenger zone on Taylor St. in front of Applebee’s. Jefferson St & Taylor St, San Francisco, CA 94133, USA
Please arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time. Our drivers leave from the pick up locations the designated pick up time and cannot wait for late groups. If you are late, you will lose your reservation and no refund or reschedule will be issued. No exceptions.
Alcatraz ferries depart from Alcatraz Landing at Pier 33, This is where you will board the ferry at the for the ten minute cruise across the San Francisco Bay to Alcatraz Island.
Your Alcatraz boarding tickets will be held for you at Alcatraz Ferry Will Call at Pier 33. All guest names must match the reservation when Alcatraz Tickets are picked up. Alcatraz is self guided and your Tuk Tuk Tour guide will not accompany you on the Alcatraz part of the Combo activity. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your Alcatraz ferry time to go to will call.
IMPORTANT: Lucky Tuk Tuk will send you the exact Ferry Departure time in a separate email.
ALCATRAZ COMBO CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY: Important: Alcatraz Combos can be changed or cancelled 4 days or (96) hours prior to tour departure time without penalty. Exchanges, refunds, discounts or cancellations are not offered within 4 days or (96) hours prior to tour departure time. Those who purchase Alcatraz Combos must participate in both the Tuk Tuk City Tour portion and the Alcatraz portion of the tour.
