Greet the day bright and early to catch the sunrise from your hot air balloon. Drive yourself to the balloon operator's downtown headquarters, or arrange for pickup at your hotel (additional expense).  Get the opportunity to watch the balloon be inflated before stepping on board; you can help the crew if a hands-on experience appeals to you.
