Airport Limousine Bus Transfers from/to Narita and Haneda International Airport

Redemption Procedure:

Redemption procedures are different for each location. Please see the instructions as follows:

Haneda International Airport

You must exchange your voucher (printed or mobile) for the physical bus voucher at any of the specified redemption locations listed below.

You must then exchange the physical bus voucher for your physical bus ticket at the designated location

Select your preferred date and time of departure upon exchanging your voucher at the counter

Narita International Airport, Shinjuku Station West Exit, and Yokohama Station (YCAT)

You must exchange your voucher (printed or mobile) for the physical bus ticket at any of the specified redemption locations listed below

Select your preferred date and time of departure upon exchanging your voucher at the counter

Make sure your arrival time at these redemption locations are within the counters' respective opening hours

Haneda International Airport

GLOBAL Wifi Counter

Opening hours: 7:00am-10:00pm, daily

Location: 3rd floor (departure hall) of Haneda International Airport

Address: Haneda Airport International Terminal 3F (Departure Floor), 2 Chome-6-5 Hanedakūkō, Ōta-ku, Tōkyō-to 144-0041, Japan.

3F is the departure floor, not the arrival floor. You can find the counter easily by going up from 2F (Arrival Floor) by escalator

Narita International Airport

Limousine Bus Ticket Counter Terminal 1

Opening hours: 6:40am-11:10pm, daily

Location: 3 counters in International Arrival Lobby 1F, north or south wing

Address: 1-1 Goryobokujyo, Sanrizuka, Narita City, Chiba Prefecture.

Limousine Bus Ticket Counter Terminal 2

Opening hours: 6:30am-11:00pm, daily

Location: 2 counters in International Arrival Lobby 1F

Address: 1-1 Aza-Furugane, Frugome, Narita City, Chiba Prefecture.

Limousine Bus Ticket Counter Terminal 3

Opening hours: 6:30am-10:50pm, daily

Location: 1 counter in Departure/Arrival Lobby

Address: 148-1 Aza-Shoninzuka, Narita-city, Chiba prefecture.

Shinjuku Station West Exit Limousine Bus Ticket Counter

Opening hours: 5:00am-6:00pm, daily

Address: 〒160-0023 Tōkyō-to, Shinjuku City, Nishishinjuku, 1-chōme−西口地下街1号.

Yokohama Station (Yokohama City Air Terminal, YCAT) Limousine Bus Ticket Counter

Opening hours: 5:00am-7:30pm

Address: 1F Sky Building, 2-19-12 Takashima, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, 220-0011.

- Choose between a one way or round trip ticket from Narita to downtown Tokyo

- Airport Limousine's polite personnel will help you with your luggage

- Four different redemption points: Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, Shinjuku Station, or Yokohama Station

Only available to participants who are non-Japanese passport holders
Infants aged 0-5 can join for free as long as they don’t require their own seats. If they require a seat, please purchase a child ticket for them
The bus is not wheelchair-accessible. But you may bring a wheelchair as long as it's foldable
The “NRT to Tokyo (One Way)” and “HND to Tokyo (One Way)” packages are accepted for city-bound services, but not for airport-bound services
For the round trip package, the return ticket is valid 14 days after you redeem it at NRT counter
The number of services varies by destination, so please check the timetable in advance
