Children under 16 must be with an adult aged 21 or above, and infants under 3 usually enter for free (check ticket details). Entry closes 30 minutes before the attraction’s closing time. No food, drinks, smoking, or pets are allowed inside the cabins, and there are no toilets inside during the ride. You can reach Ain Dubai by car (parking available), metro (DMCC Station), or walk via the pedestrian bridge from JBR. Restrooms and refreshments are available on-site.
