- People under 18 years old they should bring their passports or IDs of them to ensure reduce price entrance ticket to Acropolis.
- EU citizens under 25 years old have free entrance. Others under 25 years old have a 50% discount (Acropolis tickets). IDs or Passports are required for the guests under 25 years old to ensure Birth date at the Entrance Gates.
- If you have not choose the option "with" entrance tickets - Entrance fees must be purchased online in advance through the official website. Acropolis 30 euros per adult from April 2025 , 10 euros per adult from November to March. Acropolis museum 20 euros per adult from April 2025

great tour of the parthenon
a wonderful tour with an energetic tour guide who had good humor and knew her stuff. she was easy to keep up with as well. sometimes guides are not very easy to follow around.
Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful experience at the Acropolis! Normally I prefer to view historical sights and museums at my own pace, but our tour guide Afroditi was so knowledgeable and well-spoken I’m glad we chose the tour. I felt like we were able to see everything I wanted to see at both the Acropolis and the museum without being rushed. Plus, the connections Afroditi made to the myths made the sights so much more alive.
Fabulous introduction to ancient Athens
This is a "must" tourist experience for your first visit to Athens. My tour was led by a trained archaeologist who was very knowledgeable about everything we viewed. Our guide answered all our questions and was pleasant and supportive throughout the tour. We visited the Acropolis and all the structures on and around it. Then we toured the Acropolis museum. A wonderful opportunity to learn about the material culture and people of ancient Athens.
A must experience in Athens
Be sure to be prepared to be on your feet for a few hours but worth it to see these great historical places.
Acropolis tour
I would imagine this experience depends greatly on the Tourguide. As eager as she was to relay information, we found her accent quite distracting. She also had several English phrases that she used all the time interjected into conversation, such as everything OK? Or I will tell you more about this in a minute. And it seemed like it was every other sentence. She would tell us a little bit about the Acropolis and then say is everything OK? It would be a couple of sentences of information and then a couple of her English phrases -it was very distracting and frustrating. The actual tour was informative and well organized. I’m so glad we went for the first tour at 8am to “beat the crowds” as it was almost impossible to move through the sea of people. I can’t imagine a later tour in the day.
