Confirm your abseiling experience and then head to the top of Table Mountain by cable car (own expense) on the day of your adventure. More active trip participants can also arrange a hike to the top of this famous mountain, either by taking a guided tour or on their own. Your trip start time is dependent on the day’s weather conditions and the decision of your guide, so please check with them for more details. When you’ve gotten set up with your harness, and connected to the rope, feel your heart pumping as you prepare step off into sky. You’ll enjoy a thrilling 360-foot (112-meter) controlled descent, surrounded by nothing by the whistling wind, the cliff, and spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean beyond. At the end of your extreme abseiling experience, get pulled back up to the top of the cliff. You’ll end your trip here and make your way own way back down the mountain by cable car or on foot.
