15.00 Arrive in ricefield, join farmer's activity

Rice field in Madura only available in wet season, we will take you to rice field in Pandaan city if you are coming in dry season.

As all is done naturally and traditionally, we cannot promise that your coming is harvest / planting time. But we will surely join the farmer activity at the field

SALTPOND TOUR

13.00 Pick up at meeting point, on our way to saltpond in Madura island. Cross Suramadu bridge, the longest bridge in Indonesia

15.00 Visit the local salt warehouse

15.30 Arrive in salt pond, join local activity in harvesting the salt

17.00 Enjoy the sunset in saltpond

18.00 Back to Surabaya

Salt pond tour only available in dry season as it is the harvest time of salt. Starting June until around October.

Places after places, won't be as meaningful, if we does not get in touch with the locals themselves. Get your hands dirty and join the locals harvesting or planting in the rice field or salt ponds. Learn how it is done traditionally with thousand years wisdom. 

This tour takes you to local rice field in Madura island where you will see hectares of rice field with breathtaking view. You will get to join the local farmers in their activity. 

In dry season, you will be taken to salt pond instead, where you will see hectares of white salt surrounding. See how it is done traditionally and join the farmers in harvesting the salt.
