Paul Kelly aka “Mr. Blank” was an excellent tour guide. He is personable, knowledgeable, articulate, and easy on the ears. We all learned a lot and enjoyed some good laughs in-between. It was a great experience!

Impactful

From the beginning to the end the tour was great Jim Quinn made it so personal. From telling his own story to showing us the whole history of the tragic event. When we got to the North & South Tower pools he showed us some people that he knew that sadly died in the event and that moment was very emotional. If there was an option to pick who should be your tour guide I would suggest picking Jim Quinn. Thanks again Jim!

Great tour guide

Jim Q gave a great tour. His stories of the individual people that lost their lives in 9/11 really added another level and brought home the devastation of that day. Very respectful and reverent.
