8-Day China Tour of Small Group to Xi'an, Guilin, Yangshuo, Shanghai, No Shops

Day 1: Your arrival in Xi'an

Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport and then transfer you to the hotel. Relax during the remainder of the day.

Overnight in Xi'an: Sheraton Hotel Xi'an (5 star)

Day 2: Xi'an (B+L+D)

Full day tour to the amazing Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, a special home cooked lunch at a local family home, the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and the famous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. 

Overnight in Xi'an: Sheraton Hotel Xi'an (5 star)

Day 3: Xi'an (B+L)

Today we will start the visit to the City Wall Park. Experience the local lifestyle by enjoying the recreational activities and taking part in a one-hour Tai Chi practice with the master. Then you will visit the City Wall. After a la carte lunch at a local cuisine restaurant, continue to visit the Provincial History Museum and the Great Mosque. Then you will have some free time at the market and you can wander around.

Day 4: Xi'an - Guilin (B)

Private transfer will take you to the Xi'an airport and you will take a flight to Guilin. Your tour guide will meet you and help you check in the hotel. Visit the Reed Flute Cave and the Elephant Trunk Hill.

Overnight in Guilin: Sheraton Hotel (5 star)

Day 5: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin (B+L)

You will take a Li River cruise down from Guilin to Yangshuo. Lunch box will be served on the cruise. Disembark at about 14:00 and spend some time to visit the rural area of Yangshuo. A visit to a local farmer's home is arranged. Afterwards we will transfer you back to Guilin.

Overnight in Guilin: Sheraton Hotel (5 star)

Day 6: Guilin - Shanghai (B)

Your guide will take you to the Guilin airport and help you check in to the flight to Shanghai. Another guide in Shanghai will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. The rest time of the day is free for you to relax and explore the city.

Overnight in Shanghai: Crowne Plaza Century Park Shanghai (5 stars) or Similar

Day 7: Shanghai (B+L)

Full day visit to Shanghai Museum, the Yu Garden, its nearby bazaar, the former French Concession, the Bund, a one hour cruise tour on the Huangpu River. A la carte lunch will be served. Upon escorting you back to the hotel, your guide will accompany you to the lobby and wish you bon voyage.

Overnight in Shanghai: Hotel Equatorial Shanghai (5 stars)

Day 8: Departure from Shanghai (B)

There is no itinerary planned for today and airport drop-off is not included. Please plan your schedule according to your departure flight and perhaps contact your hotel to schedule a transfer to the airport.
