- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

Excellent experience
An excellent experience. The plan customized for my group of 10 people was excellent: tours, meals, hotels, etc. The guide Ricardo is a genius! He was in every detail! Very charismatic, and he explained everything to us with an admirable passion for his country! It left me with a great desire to return and learn more about its history. Excellent experience, I wouldn't change a thing !!!
Excellent service
The transfers from airports to hotels, the excursions, the guides who accompany you at every moment, everything is excellent. Always attentive to the tourist's well-being. We visited Lima, Cusco, Aguas Calientes, and Machu Picchu, from July 16 to July 22, 2026. Very satisfied with all the service provided by this tour operator.

Incredible experience that exceeded expectations
Lovely experience at Lima , sacred Valley, aguas calientes, machu Pichu and Cusco
The trip was beautiful . We loved the food tasting experience in Lima and Larco museum. Our guide was very good. In Sacred Valley and Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu and Cusco our guide was Marlene. She not only knew a lot about the culture and she shared it with us and answered all of our many questions, but she also was very kind and flexible with the needs of all of our family,including our grandmother. the climbing at Machu Picchu was a challenge and she helped us with everything taking care of the needs of all of us . if we would ever go back to Peru, we would definitely contact her again.
DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PASSENGER
1. Bad distribution of the tours throughout the week: they made us wake up very early during the first 5 days. On one of the days, we had to wake up at 5 a.m., as they would pass at the hotel at 5:30 a.m. As a result, we arrived at the destroyed visitor sites. 2. We were left waiting almost 2 days, doing nothing, waiting for the flight back. Even on the day we returned, we were forced to check out at the hotel at 10am, with the flight leaving at 10am. As a result, we spent the whole day waiting at the hotel reception, no bath, no bed and no food. 3. On the day of visiting Machu Pichu we were not warned that lunch was included. When we questioned the company's representative, she insinuated that we were lying, as she said we had been warned by the local guide. We then asked if we could have lunch the other day at the same place. She said no, because they had to pay the restaurant for our absence. Anyway, bad company, who just think of themselves. WE DON'T RECOMMEND!
